Similarly, what grows without an effort in the mind are negative thoughts, and what grows with efforts in the mind are positive thoughts. Positive thoughts change you, they transform you into a more visionary and positive person. Negative thoughts make you depressed. They regress you in life. So, focus on what benefits you. Focus in positive thoughts; the feeling of being in paradise with your Lord. Make paradise your daily thought, and God-willing, your bad actions will be transformed into good actions.
