What grows without an effort in the land are weeds, and what grows with efforts in the land are seeds. Similarly, what grows without an effort in the mind are negative thoughts, and what grows with efforts in the mind are positive thoughts. Positive thoughts change you, they transform you into a more visionary and positive person. Negative thoughts make you depressed. They regress you in life. So, focus on what benefits you. Focus in positive thoughts; the feeling of being in paradise with your Lord. Make paradise your daily thought, and God-willing, your bad actions will be transformed into good actions.
